1. No cookies
We set no cookies on this website. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script watching what you read. That is a deliberate choice, not an omission we intend to correct.
Because nothing is set, there is nothing to consent to, and a consent banner would be theatre.
2. What the site does keep in your browser
Two small preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device, only this site can read them, and they never reach our servers.

Clearing your site data in the browser removes both. Nothing breaks if you do — the site simply asks again.
3. Typefaces
This site serves its typeface from its own domain, so opening a page sends no request to a font provider. The one exception is the temporary holding page at the address root, which still loads the typeface from Google Fonts — opening that page means Google receives your IP address as part of the request. No cookie is set either way, and the exception goes when the full site replaces the holding page.
4. When you sign in
The application behind the sign-in button has to remember that you are signed in, which requires storing a session token in your browser. It is strictly necessary for the service to work, it is not used for tracking, and it is discarded when you sign out.
5. Changes and contact
